UN PRI Principles for Responsible Investment The Principles for Responsible Invesment (PRI), a Nisupported network of investors, works to promote sustainable investment through the incorporation of environmental, social and govemance factors into investment decision-making. It does this by encouraging all actors within the investment ecosystem to sign up and report on a set of six investment principles, developed to support the incorporation of ESG issues into investment practice Who reports? Signatories of the PRI. Organisations are able to become signatories if they fall under one of the three signatory categories: Asset owners Investment managers Service providers or provide professional services partners What is reported? Signatories of the UN PRI are required to report on their responsible investment activities annually. The reporting framework provided by the UN PRI covers 12 modules with CORE (mandatory to report, public and assessed) as well as PLUS indicators (voluntary reporting, public or private and not assessed Mandatory modules vary by signatory type. The six UN PRI principles are as follows: nie will incorporate ESGissues into investment analysis and decision-making processes 2) We will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices 3we will seek appropriate disclosure on ESGissues by the entities which we invest 4) We will promote acceptance and implementation of the principles within the investment industry 5) We will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the principles 6) We will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the principles Benefits Access to resources for reporting and assesong your organisation's ESG activities Invitations to relevant events and workshops Potential to boost reputation and brand image
